Introduction du produit Soy isoflavones are a class of naturally occurring isoflavone compounds mainly derived from soybean germ and other legumes. Owing to their unique chemical structure and biological activity, they are widely used in food, health products and nutritional fortification. Core components include genistein and daidzein. The product is a white to pale yellow powder with a food-grade aroma, obtainable by extraction and purification from soybean with a purity of over 80%.
